Custom Home Builder in Kingston and Wolfe Island

You bring the lot and the idea. We build the house, from the foundation and framing through to finishes, trim and a standing-seam metal roof put on by our own crew.

We build year-round homes, cottages and waterfront houses on both sides of the ferry. Island builds take more planning: materials, crews and equipment all have to cross, and inspections and deliveries have to line up with the ferry schedule. We've done it enough to plan for it from day one.
